Lim Joo Huat Enterprise is a vertically integrated produce company. As part of our localisation sourcing plan, we self operate one of the latest indoor vertical farm producing a wide varieties of edible flowers and micro herbs here in Singapore.

Our indoor farm is situated at the Jurong West Region, a semi automated production house supplying produce to more than 700 food service customers locally here

You will work with a team of international colleagues spanning across sales, marketing, supply chain and operations to ensure quality and timely delivery of our produce to chefs, hotels and restaurants.

Your role will be:

- Management of the farm operations systems for air quality, irrigation and light controls.
- Troubleshooting technical faults within farm (Plumbing & Electrical)
- Grow testing for seeds, light spectrum and fertilizers.
- Inventory planning.
- Quarterly production planning against demand.
- Maintenance of GAP requirements.
