**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the management team to understand business strategies, analyze current organization performance, develop / implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and process improvement activities in order to support the aggressive business growth.
- Execute group production plan, support the planning of production schedules and the coordination of material and machinery requirements, as well as formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and program.
- Develop plans for the effective use of the equipment, technologies & manufacturing effort to produce quality products.
- Create, track and manage budgets, timelines, tasks, responsibilities and activities to meet customer product quality and on-time delivery expectations.
- Ability to drive the manufacturing operation to meet goals / objectives, ISO procedural requirements & ensure compliance to quality management systems.
- Identify, track and report metrics for monitoring manufacturing and process performance and consistency.
- Able to identify areas of cost reduction and improvements.
- Manage supply chain activities.
- Serve as a day-to-day advisor and coach to leaders and employees.

**Key Requirements**
- Experience in managing supervisory personnel and demonstrate employee relations skills like conflict resolution, alternative dispute processes and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal / written communication skills to interface effectively at all levels of the organization, with a proven ability to lead / influence at all levels.
- Experience with organization budget planning, management and reconciliation.
- Able to develop, plan and implement goals and strategies.
- Strong problem solving / analytical skills to investigate and formulate recommendations and action plans.
- Hardworking, willing to commit long hours and able to work under pressure.

Working day : Monday to Saturday (5.5 days)

Working Time : 8.30 am to 6pm, 8.30am to 12.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $5,000.00 per month
