**Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Interview scheduling and coordination across various time zones, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Manage job postings content on ATS system and job portals.
- Perform resume screening and phone screen
- Preparation of employment letters
- Update new hire details in ATS system
- Assist to prepare weekly/ monthly hiring reports
- Initiate and track statuses of medical check and background screening reports
- Assist with internship and early career program engagement
- Participate in job fairs and career events in education institutions
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, hiring processes, and work pass requirements.
- Knowledge of any ATS system is an added advantage
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and stakeholders; detailed oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent people skills and communication skills both written and verbal.
