As a member of the Network Operations Centre.

To manage & maintain network monitoring

Open & manage incident tickets

Handle incidents & outages

To handle in-coming calls and fulfill customer request.

Remote troubleshooting and provisioning of ICT services.

**Job Requirements**
- 1 - 3 years experience in LAN/WAN, Servers and/or Cloud, Cyber-Security
- Familiar with NOC environment
- Familiar with LAN & Windows Server, Windows 10/11
- Familiar with Cisco networking, Wired & Wireless
- Able to perform network troubleshooting
- Strong in TCP/IP
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with customer
- A Diploma or Higher NITEC in IT or related engineering fields
- Certification - CCCNA

**Working Hours**

Office hours.

Might be posted to staggered shift work with standby. (Allowance will be provided)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
