**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify, assess, review, execute & monitor safe and effective training programs to assist members in achieving their individual fitness goals
- Responsible for designing new fitness programs
- Conduct periodic fitness assessments for members
- Monitor and ensure members' safety and effective use of equipment
- Ensure equipment is kept up to standard for effective, safe, and clean usage
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets
- Ensure daily operational flow pertaining to the personal training department

**Requirements**:

- Must possess proven experience as a Personal Trainer for a minimum of 1 year.
- Must possess ACE certification or equivalent.
- Must provide referrals from the previous employer
- Sales orientated with good interpersonal skills are essential
