Sales Support Officer, Singapore - Your future position?

**As Sales Support Officer, you will be responsible for**:
Project and product service requests and client contact (Perfume Clearance, Product Assessment, Base Assessment, claim support, etc)
Samples Preparation, Base management & Support Submission Kit preparation
Project/Submission presentation support
Commercial oil sample requests for Singapore/Indo production (roll out, trial orders)
Local/overseas dispatch arrangement
Fragrance Card & Other Regulatory & Technology documentation request
Raw Material Review (RMR)/Halal Certification processing & request
IBIS management, new win reporting and updating files
Travel and Concur management, Internal/External meeting and event coordination’s
Secondary contact point to provide quotations to SEAA client procurement
IBIS quotation activity/updates

**Your professional profile includes**:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree of any field, with an interest in Fragrance industry
At least 5 years working experience as Sales Support
Clear written and verbal communication
Possess initiative, proactive and ability to multitask
Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and openness to learning
Good organizational and project management skills
Able to handle highly confidential information and high stress environment
