**Summary**:
As the Area Logistics Officer, you will manage dry equipment assets, flow and related operations in the region. You should have the ability to work and handle pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment with strong analytical and communication skills.

**Main responsibilities**:
Manage overall dry equipment inventory in Asia region under the broad direction of Head Office Logistics department.

Plan, optimize and direct dry equipment flow to support deficit areas (incl. surplus and transshipment hubs) to support export demand.

Liaise with Procurement team on SLA (terms & conditions) for storage space

Work with agencies and Lines cargo flow / ship managers to maximize empty loading, i.e. space requisition, track loading and corrective actions for any deviation.

Any other equipment task assigned by supervisors

**Minimum Requirements**:
Diploma/Degree holder from any relevant disciplines

Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in shipping and equipment operations will be preferred

Fresh graduates with no relevant experience will also be considered

Proficiency in MS Excel (Macro, Vlookup and Pivot Table) will be highly preferred

Strong communication and analytical skills with an eye for detail and comfortable working with complex numbers
