Our client is a multinational conglomerate who run global real estate business successfully. We are now hiring this senior role as Head of India to lead the Real Estate Developer platform focusing in residential development, based in Mumbai.
As the top person leading their India presence reporting to SG HQ, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business budget and projects’ profit and loss
- Project managing through to completion
- Gather, prepare, and present information to the senior management in HQ
- Develop and cultivate relationships with landowners, brokers, potential business partners, and professional organizations
- Develop, monitor, and report detailed budgets, schedules, and status on projects while maintaining and updating the senior management
- Manage all activities between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors in order to deliver projects within scheduled timeframes and budgets
**Requirements for this role**:
We are looking for an international expat with 15+ years experience in real estate development and asset management in developing countries in Asia. You will be fluent in both English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) presenting information to senior management back to HQ in Singapore and working closely with counterparts in Asia offices including China, possessing Strong track-record in development in commercial, offices and residential real estate sectors.
