Test and Quality Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Test and Quality Engineer to join our forward
- thinking and adventurous team You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our products. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality robotic solutions.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with the product development team to understand

project requirements, specifications, and objectives. Develop comprehensive test plans, including test cases, test scenarios, and test data, to ensure all aspects of the product are thoroughly tested.
- Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests to validate software and hardware functionality, performance, and usability. Identify and

document defects and track their resolution using defect tracking tools. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and test coverage to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Define and enforce quality assurance standards and best practices. Collaborate with the development team to identify areas of improvement in the development process and implement necessary changes

to enhance product quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, includingdevelopers, product managers, and designers, to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle. Participate in design and code reviews to identify potential quality issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends. Continuously enhance your technical skills and knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency in the testing process.
- Test Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Ensure that all testing activities are properly documented to facilitate traceability and knowledge sharing.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential product vulnerabilities or areas of concern. Collaborate with the team to develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure product safety and reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test and Quality Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software testing methodologies, tools,and best practices.
- Experience in test planning, test case development, and test execution.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and agile developmentmethodologies.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance processes and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
