**The Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage customer and partners (B2B) integration projects from end to end
- Promote the use of technology and automation to improve operational efficiency when interacting with customers and partners
- Track and provide data about project updates. Escalate risks / problems as needed
- Work with customers / partners to develop B2B integration needs
- Convert business requirements for integration into technical requirements for development
- Configure system trigger logic required to support integration requirements
- Create SOPs and user guides for operations teams to employ for integration purposes
- Identify issues after the integration has begun, suggest solutions to the identified issues, coordinate corrective action plans, and manage them according to Solution
- Ensure company policies & procedures, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, such as Delegation of Authority are clearly communicated and adhered to
- Observe and abide by the QEHS Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities outline in the QEHS Manual

**The Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in conducting integration project and Strong in supply chain, logistics or freight forwarding domain
- 10 years of experience in team management and related work
- Experience in CW1 and integration tools is preferrable
- Able to work in a global cross-functional team, someone who is goal-oriented and with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audience
- Risk management skills
- Degree in Information Technology or related qualifications
- Ability to manage a team to deliver the IT plan and strong stakeholders' management
