- Manage sampling, bases, product requests and documents both internally and with clients.
- Keep clients and affiliates updated on sample dispatch status.
- Assist with regional pricing activities and database management.
- Support the marketing team by assisting with presentations for various projects.
- Contribute to ad-hoc Fragrance Development activities like Market Product Management.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in polytechnic or university, preferably in a related field.
- Demonstrates reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
