**Responsibilities**: - Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) - Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results - Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues - Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources - Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary**Qualifications**: - 10+ years of relevant experience Experience in management - Experience managing global technology teams - Working knowledge of industry practices and standards - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master’s degree preferred The Asia Middle Office and Data Technology Lead is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to drive a variety of operational efficiency and engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure, achieving operational efficiencies in coordination with the Technology and Operation teams. The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework. The Lead will work closely with Regional heads of Equities Cash and Delta-1 Middle Office, Product Owners and various in-country heads to execute towards their short term and strategic visions.
