**What We're Looking for**:
This role is highly cross-functional, where you’ll work with colleagues in across product, engineering, sales, and marketing. With a combination of strategy, creativity, and grit, you’ll develop relationships with influential e-commerce players and design innovative partner programs to bring best-in-class solutions to our customers.

**About You**:

- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years of proven ability in Partnerships, Business Development, or Product roles at a FinTech, blockchain, crypto, technology, e-commerce, payments, or financial services company.
- Understanding of payments preferred, or ability to quickly learn complex concepts.
- Confident in relationship building and public speaking with high EQ and a sense of modesty and humor.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, and organized.
- Collaborative and open, with experience working with product, engineering, legal, sales, and marketing teams preferred.
- Technical background a plus.
- Fluent in English and other languages a plus.

**What You'll be Doing**:

- Developing relationships with key collaborators, handling partner programs, and creating playbooks to scale channel sales.
- Balancing resourceful outreach with passionate about data, tracking success through critical metrics and working with the Global Head of Crypto Partnerships to evolve the partner strategy.
- Drive and attend partner meet-ups, industry events, and other in-person meetings to deepen relationships, becoming a critical voice and evangelist among partners.
- Working with a global cross-functional team to develop and launch partner programs.
- Continually immerse yourself into the Blockchain and Crypto industry.
