Accounts job duties:
- At least 3 years of related working experience
- With working experience using MYOB, GST filing.
- Duties involve AP, AR, Bank reconcilation, workers payroll, tax filing, liaise with auditors and banks, maintain proper filing system & documention, any other accounting related work.
Administrative job duties:
- General office administrative duties, filing, purchasing, maintenance of office equipment, stationery and consumable supplies, answering phone calls.
- Computation of workers monthly salary and overtime pay.
- Liaise with work sites for site requirments on materials, manpower, transportation etc.
- Assist in preparation of project tender documents eg. request for quotations from vendors.
- Able to manage tasks with minimum supervision.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
