**Project Handling**:

- Design reviews, preparation of technical due diligence reports and tender documents)
- On-site testing, inspection and evaluation of PV Power Plants
- Testing and coordination of testing of PV modules
- Complete technical file for product certification
- Coordinating work/projects across regions and countries (mainly between Asia and Germany)

**Business Development**:

- Analyze market data, create market penetration plan for the ASEAN countries
- Analyze supply chain of PVPP owners, create service packges
- Manage relationship with TUV Rh’s partner laboratories in the region, identify and implement new services in cooperation with the labs

**Requirement**:
**Required Experience and Knowledge**
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the solar industry
- Hands-on experience with a full range of planning and design projects in the solar business
- Professional level English language skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in Chinese and German is an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience using MS Office

**Preferred Experience and Knowledge**
- Experience in using PVSyst
- Owner’s Engineering Experience
- Experience in other renewable energy technologies

**Others**
- Ability to travel internationally
- Ability to learn and acquire new technologies quickly and flexibility to keep up with an ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
