Our platform helps merchants to simplify their processes—from fulfillment to delivery. Our batching and routing capabilities lower delivery costs significantly. And a single frontend unifies order management and interactions with multiple e-commerce platforms.
As a result, merchants get to unlock tremendous business potential in terms of reaching more customers, more times a day, and all at a lower cost.
**About the Role**:
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks associated with the group:
- Assist in accounts payable & accounts receivable report generation
- Bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards
- Bank and Ledger Reconciliations
- Monthly Invoicing
- Monthly Closing
- Preparation of monthly payroll & CPF, disbursements, and bill payments
- Assist in preparation and compilation of tax and audit schedules
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements (GST/WHT/CIT/... ), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal
- Assisting the growth business unit in merchant account related queries
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Reach out if this sounds like you**:
- Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
- At least 1-year working experience in full set accounts
- Conscientious and familiar with data extraction and processing (taught OJT)
- Strong intention to grow into full-fledged finance professional reporting to Head of Finance and CFO
- Proficient with Cloud Accounting solutions like Quickbooks/Xero
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
