Singapore LINDE GAS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Principal Responsibilities**

(A) During commissioning phase:

- Support for the Operational readiness of the new plant
- Leading the Ops shift team during P&ID walkdowns
- Coordinate with EPC (LE) for walkdown, discuss action items and close out
- Guide Ops team in preparation of Operating procedures & review
- Coordinate with Training Manager for training & competency development
- Participation in SAT and pre-commissioning activities
- Support relevant PSSR activities

(B) During normal plant operation phase:

- Day to day monitoring of the plant and give guidance to the shift operation team
- Planning and coordination of the job with maintenance department
- To troubleshoot the issues and processes when needed (Routine as well as during outages)
- Preparation of Plant Turnaround tasks and coordination of activities
- Keep track of plant chemicals/catalyst etc and order as necessary
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) on process incidents and process inducted mechanical failures
- Participate in various PSM elements like Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) /Pre Startup Safety Review

(PSSR), Hazop etc
- Support the Management of Change (MOC) and execute the changes
- Support Projects during development, execution and commissioning
- Represent OPS during Audits, PHA (Hazops), Risk Assessments and manage relevant action closures

**Requirements**:

- 15 years’ experience in petrochemical, refinery or other related industry.
- Experience in working with Gasifiers, Air separation units will be much preferred
- Experience in managing teams and work delegation
- Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be disciplined to work within a demanding work environment.
- Must have leadership ability and willingness to take on added responsibility.
- Min Diploma in a relevant engineering field
- Good knowledge of instrumentation, DCS systems and rotating machinery fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills in at least two languages.
- Excellent troubleshooting ability.
