1. Collecting or receiving engineering drawings from shipyard/ship owner for conversion or repair projects.

2. Printing, scanning, filling of engineering drawings for documentation & upper level management distribution.

3. Preparations of Invoices, Quotations, Delivery order DO, Purchase order PO.

4. Price settings, Billings & prepare full & final proposal for the projects.

5. Planning daily manpower requirement, work schedule and delivery schedule.

6. Preparation of time sheets manhours sheets, & attendance sheets for project.

7. Planning of Material, Manpower and time for specific Job.

8. Coordination with shipyard foreman, in-charge & Ship repair manager.

9. Preparation of job progress reports, work specification & work done list.

10. Assist Project leads & Operation Manager in all commercial, technical and administrative matters.

11. Assist Project leads & Operation Manager to maintain project under budget.

12. Monitor manpower plan & manpower deployment.

13. Work towards achieving required production rate and quality standards.

14. Carry out Field Inspections (fit-up, back gouging & final weld visual inspection) in accordance with Offshore Standards & requirements.

15. Assist project Lead supervisor to perform N.D.T for welds, (Visual Inspection, Dye Penetrate Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Air test and Vacuum test)

16. Preparation of material take off (MTO), Estimation of job, Involving manpower, costing, material target achievements, as a reference to get desire work done.

17. Preparation of work completion forms (WCF) and sub-contractor’s complete claim (SCCC).

18. Preparation of progress claim / billing for long term jobs.

19. Aligning project proposals towards the end and ensure proper closure comparing against the original and final value of costs.

20. Project Planning and scheduling, supervision of project, managing disciplinary, monitoring of project costing, and internal quality matters, updating work progress report, & target of the job with follow-through in accordance with deadlines.
