Onyx - Business Support Senior Lead

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Responsibilities**:
- Own and execute to a roadmap for achieving and maintaining target service availability as agreed with Business Product Owners
- Provide monthly reporting to business and technology stakeholders on service availability and resiliency metrics
- Partner with Onyx Operate team to ensure Project Delivery impact to procedures are appropriately assessed and changes updated in runbooks
- Partner with Client Implementation, Client Success and Payment Operations teams to ensure technical client onboarding are appropriately managed from client testing/UAT to production setup
- Provide incident communication and reporting to stakeholders and work with relevant teams to ensure client impact is minimized and mitigated
- Work with respective Production Support teams and Application Owners to perform root cause analysis on incidents and ensure remediation actions are tracked to completion
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good communication skills in the domain of incident communications and reporting
- Adept in working in a global environment with teams and stakeholders distributed in WHEM, EMEA and APAC
- Good interpersonal skills and builds strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders
