**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and execute a well-organized research plan that integrates core financial principles, thorough data analysis, and advanced quantitative methods.
- Achieve expertise in fundamental topics relevant to the role and pinpoint critical data elements to steer your research efforts effectively.
- Undertake in-depth data analysis to fully comprehend the data involved in Alpha generation; enhance a diverse array of both structured and unstructured data to support your quantitative research endeavors.
- Adopt a systematic approach in evaluating the key factors influencing your Alphas.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of two years of experience in financial research or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from large and complex data sets, with proficiency in SQL and Python. Prior experience with non-traditional datasets is an advantage.
- Solid foundation in finance, evidenced by completion of at least Level I of the CFA program or an equivalent qualification (e.g., MBA, accounting background).
- Expert knowledge in time series analysis and related modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a focus on finance and investment.
- Experience with various financial research and database platforms (such as Bloomberg, Reuters) is preferred.
