Recruitment of Activity Organizer
To develop and promote a series of community activities carried out
by young volunteers, we newly create the Activity Organizer role to
support us.
**Job Description**:
- Develop and promote a group of young volunteers to implement
the community volunteering activities
- Foster smooth working relationship with related parties, such as
local community, partners and various operation teams
- Develop and execute the community volunteered activities with
new and refreshing angles from the young people
- Work as part of the creative team to come up with engaging and
effective concepts to build up the community activities projects and
to implement the marketing campaigns to promote the activities
through the social media, blog, forum, tiktok, facebook etc.
The Working Time
The working time is one to three days per week.
The Successful Applicant
- A year 2 or above degree student, or a holder of N/O/A Level certificate graduated within 3 years, applicants should possess good academic results
- A good team player and has the same vision and mission of us
- Experience of organizing volunteered activities in Singapore
- Good presentation skill and be able to use various tools (MS
office) to generate relevant material.
