**Job Title: Desktop-L1 Engineer** **Key Responsibilities**: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant Desktops Support Experience - Skills for - Remote troubleshooting and test alternative pathways until issues are resolved - Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional - Help create technical documentation and manuals - Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues - "Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.” - Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments. - Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners. - Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions. - Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. - Customer-oriented attitudes **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support. - Strong understanding of device configurations, and security principles. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
