**Job Responsibilities
- The Managing Director will oversee the entire group’s strategy, operations and execution to meet its business objectives, both short term and long term.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities at senior levels with a proven record of success working in organisations with a complex stakeholder management structure.
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
- The ability to think strategically with strong operational capabilities.
- Work closely with regional office to position company in the local market.
- Responsible for competitive/market analysis, marketing plans, strategic directions, developing innovative, cost effective and profitable solutions.
- Responsible for the implementation and compliance of organisation wide standards to comply with legislative and company requirements which reduce risk, promote continuous improvement, and inspire a high-performance culture
- Analyse and respond to business information and analytics to design and implement operational improvements that remedy underperformance.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Significant work experience as a senior director or similar position
- Strong working knowledge of performance and operations management
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
