Preferred qualifications: - Knowledge of the partner ecosystem, key metrics, business growth recognition rules, and agreement structures. - Understanding with the SaaS/cloud industry. - Ability to communicate and influence at the executive level, and form working relationships across business and technical functions. - Ability to work and grow in an unstructured, ambiguous, fast-paced environment. - Ability to understand the trends in data, build forecasts, and develop insights. - Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. **About the job**: Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. You will join a team, focusing on maximizing the Google Cloud growth while controlling risks. You will help to support business and partner with promoters and operational leadership to achieve growth goals while understanding and managing risks. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business. **Responsibilities**: - Define and track relevant cloud and other critical metrics to support decision-making and provide insight into drivers of business performance and variance to plan. - Partner cross-functionally to execute on growth plans and manage business planning for metrics. - Coordinate target setting across APAC. - Contribute to the weekly cadence, and to executive-level business reviews and engage with C-level and leadership teams. - Lead a team of financial analysts, define team vision, and provide team member mentoring.
