We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Bilingual Principal (Chinese/English) to join Impact Family International School. **Position Overview**

The Bilingual Principal will be a highly motivated leader with a proven track record in educational management, particularly in bilingual education. This role requires the ability to integrate Chinese and English teaching methodologies with international standards, while effectively using personal networks to bring in quality students and ensure the school’s sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership and Management**

Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the school’s vision and objectives.

Lead and manage academic and administrative teams to maintain high standards of teaching and operational excellence.

Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, promoting professional growth and collaboration.

**Bilingual Education and Enrollment Growth**

Drive the development of innovative bilingual education programs that cater to diverse student learning needs.

Leverage personal networks to expand student enrollment channels and bring in quality student resources.

**Parent and Community Engagement**

Build strong relationships with parents and the community to foster trust and collaboration.

Organize cultural exchange activities to enhance the school’s reputation both locally and internationally.

Strengthen the school’s branding and presence in the bilingual education market.

**Operations and Resource Management**

Manage the school’s resources effectively, including budgets, facilities, and staffing.

Ensure compliance with Singapore’s educational regulations and international accreditation standards.

Address and resolve operational challenges promptly to maintain a positive school environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (preferred).

At least 5-10 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in bilingual or international schools.

Proven success in using personal networks to attract quality student enrollments.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills to lead effectively in a bilingual setting.

Exceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities to drive the school’s growth and success.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with parents, staff, and students.

Deep understanding of global education trends and the ability to adapt to evolving challenges.

**Salary Range**

SGD 8,000 to 12,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
