We have an immediate opportunity for a highly qualified Senior Vice President, Head of Digital Marketing to lead our Singapore-based social and digital team. In this superb opportunity, you will consult and help drive the digital and social media strategies for our clientele. This is an end-to-end leadership role, ranging from strategizing integrated social and digital campaigns, reviewing reports, leading client-facing presentations and driving WIP calls with clients, to jumping into brainstorms and new pitches alongside our other business teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a strategy for growing the agency’s digital marketing revenue. Secure, maintain and build your own book of business, delivering results against the business plan, managing budgets and meeting expected profitability levels.
- Lead new business pitches with digital marketing briefs and contribute to integrated pitches.
- Actively network in Singapore to identify new business prospects, partners and talent for the digital team.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, driving the digital strategy for clients with confidence and clarity.
- Lead the Digital Marketing team in Singapore and coach and develop employees across the agency. Take the lead in upskilling teams across the region with digital marketing expertise.
- Introduce and Innovate new products, tools and ways of working across digital and social streams
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing, sharing your insights with the wider team and playing a key role in planning for skills and experience we will require for the future.
- Develop and review compelling media planning, content and digital strategies, and oversee output from the team.
- Lead client relationships and provide senior counsel.

**Key Requirements**:

- 15+ years or more experience of driving digital and social media with a robust background in the agency world.
- Credentials as a thought leader and enthusiastic practitioner who follows trends and best practices.
- Prior leadership experience, having directly managed a team of digital and social media professionals
- Strong presentation skillset, able to represent our digital practice and the OPRG brand in this high visibility, client-facing role
- Well-developed skillset in building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong experience in working with brands to translate business objectives into programs that integrate digital/data/social media as a core function
- Experience with integrated marketing, digital, and social media disciplines including but not limited to community management, content strategy and development, paid social and performance marketing, social media monitoring and analytics and SEO
- Possess a high level of energy, excitement, and enthusiasm, as well as vision and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience driving regional projects and accounts (multi-market experience particularly across SEA)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work as a part of a team in the development of client and new business programs and presentations.
