**Role Overview**

We are looking for an energetic and passionate **Supervisor**to join the team. As part of the leadership crew, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver top-tier guest experiences, and help uphold the lively, welcoming spirit that defines the brand.

You’ll lead by example, supporting the team, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily floor and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to deliver friendly and consistent hospitality.
- Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining and bar areas in line with brand standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate food & beverage service.
- Support management in scheduling, inventory checks, and opening/closing duties.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards as per company and regulatory requirements.
- Assist management in menu updates, promotions, and special events.
- Foster a positive team environment and uphold brand culture.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in an izakaya, omakase, or bar concept.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset and a hands-on attitude.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, or spirits is a strong advantage.
- Basic administrative and POS system knowledge preferred.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
