**We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cyber Security Specialist (OT) to join our Cyber Security team in Singapore**

**You will focus on ensuring the security and protection of our organization's operative technology systems, enhancing cyber security awareness, and supporting compliance with cyber security legislation in Asia. In this job you will work closely with our Cyber Security team, IT solution teams, Automation teams, business stakeholders and partners.**

**Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are**:

- **Develop and implement comprehensive security controls and measures to safeguard operative technology systems, including SCADA, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and other critical infrastructure, as well as IT.**
- **Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and risk assessments to identify potential security weaknesses and provide recommendations for mitigation.**
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate and raise awareness on cyber security best practices and emerging threats, both within the organization and externally.**
- **Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, technologies, and legislation in Asia, and provide guidance on their implications for the organization.**
- **Ensure compliance with relevant cyber security regulations and standards, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable legislation in the region.**
- **Investigate and respond to cyber security incidents and implement incident response plans.**
- **Develop and deliver cyber security training programs to employees, contractors, and stakeholders to enhance overall cyber security awareness and ensure a proactive security culture.**

**The best combination to succeed in this role**
- **Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.**
- **5-10 years of experience in cyber security area**
- **Proven experience in operative technology cyber security, including SCADA, ICS, and critical infrastructure protection.**
- **Strong knowledge of cyber security legislation and regulations in Asia, including PDPA, and industry-specific standards.**
- **Familiarity with international cyber security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.**
- **Singaporean citizenship or valid work permit in Singapore.**

**Other strengths we value**
- **Prior experience in conducting cyber security training and awareness programs**
- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and provide practical recommendations**
- **Hands-on experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection solutions.**
- **Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders**
- **Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or equivalent are highly desirable.**
