Job Description:
**Responsibilities**

Participate in projects tender and bidding, prepare commercial solution, replying RFQ/SOC based on key account baseline in bidding document.

Participate in contract negotiation according to plan, minimizing contract risk and ensure contract quality.

Experience in drafting commercial solution and contract terms.

Assist key account team and representative office to manage authorization, provide suggestions to support higher management decision making.

Commerce analysis by synthesis: Collecting and analyzing local commercial background, customer requirements, industry practice, transaction model and etc.

Resolve issues with contracts and commercial operations, ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation

Handle on-going contract issues and change management, recommend changes and best practices.

**Requirements**:
Recognized Degree in law as in-house lawyer or with a reputable commercial law firm

Experience in providing advice, managing and performing commercial contracting assignments.

Strong Legal/contract analytical skills with a good eye for details and sound knowledge of general corporate and contract law.
