**Your background**

Bachelors in Banking & Finance, Business Management or equivalent will be advantageous

8-10 years of experience in Trade Support within Global Markets
Extensive technical expertise in Equities/Equity Swaps with Front-to-Back knowledge of trading flows through to Lifecycle. Knowledge in Settlements, Corporate Actions, Documentations is a plus.
Deep APAC market knowledge together with its nuances with a firm understanding on regulatory impacts.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment while maintaining operational excellence.

Excellent communication skills at all levels & ability to partner effectively in a collaborative manner with stakeholders from Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations.

Track record of embracing change, able to initiate solutions independently, take ownership and drive issue remediation.

Proven people manager with experience in managing mid-sized teams; focusing on individuals career development, succession planning and fostering a positive work culture.

Is a self-starter and has experience in improving process, risk & controls with a good understanding of P&L attributions and Financial Impact.

Experience in Alteryx, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics experience is a plus

**Team**
Equity Trade Control is responsible for the Trade Capture, Trade Allocation, Trade Amendment, Trade Validation, Reconciliations, Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting, Lifecycle Management and Client Servicing functions on behalf of the Equity Swaps, Execution Services and Equity Derivative businesses in Asia Pacific (APAC). Products covered include Listed (Equities, Futures and Options), and Over-the-Counter (Swaps, Derivatives) for Global Clients trading in APAC markets.

- Lead by example and build teams to establish team as a reliable go-to in providing stellar operational support for our clients and our businesses.
