**Role Summary**

This role involves a critical focus on preparing for go-live by working closely with all the third parties to establish and agree on workflows, message types, and system configurations within Aladdin.

The consultant will play a key role in liaising with third parties for post-trade activities, coordinating with operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for system configuration, and ensuring all parties are aligned with the detailed operating model.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead the third-party stream, overseeing and managing all aspects of third-party engagements.
- Ensure readiness for go-live, addressing, and escalating issues as necessary to avoid any operational disruptions.
- Work with all third parties to procure agreements over workflow, message types, and other critical operational parameters.
- Create and circulate third-party communication pack.
- Collate information required for systems configuration within Aladdin and coordinate with the relevant operations team for approval and sign-off.
- Liaise with third parties for post-trade activities including trade matching, settlements, corporate actions, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with operations SMEs to identify and procure necessary information and data for system configuration purposes.
- Agree with third parties on a detailed operating model, including trade confirmation modes, SWIFT production, and test BICs, supported message types, agreed routing, and trade notifications.
- Coordinate with third parties to establish and agree on end-to-end testing scenarios and operational readiness.
- Manage and coordinate Letter of Authorization (LOA) matters as required, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- Minimally 5 years of extensive experience in business analysis within the financial services or insurance sectors, particularly in middle office functions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading analytical teams in complex projects.
- Proficient in business process modelling and requirements management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of post-trade operations and systems, such as Aladdin.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
