**Know Your Client (KYC) Refresh Analyst**
**Singapore**
As a Barclays Know Your Client (KYC) Refresh Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all existing client relationships have undergone the appropriate client refresh screening as mandated by the Barclays Capital Global KYC Procedures and the Global KYC Refresh - High Risk procedures. You will work closely with counterparts in other regions and infrastructure groups, especially Global Reference Data, Credit and Compliance. You will also communicate daily with the Markets and Banking teams.

**What will you be doing?**
- Analyzing Client data, documentation and negative news in order to determine Client Risk Profile as established under the Global KYC Procedures
- Collaborating with the KYC Group’s counterparts worldwide on global requests
- Producing a detailed client review write up in the Jetbridge System
- Maintaining detailed records on clients for second-level review
- Responsible for reviewing and ensuring all required AML / KYC Regulatory requirements for existing clients are still in place
- Liaising with Compliance and Local MLROs on specific requirements and regulations arising under special circumstances
- Liaising with Clients, Front Office, Credit, Legal and Operations as necessary as part of the KYC Refresh process
- Performing ad-hoc refresh task such as process and procedural review, governance of APAC shared clients with other Barclays Business Unit and involvement in refresh projects

**What we’re looking for**:

- Chinese (Business) language proficiency (Reading, writing and speaking) - Compulsory
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Three+ years of KYC experience in financial services (IB - High Risk Clients and refresh clients)
- Two+ years of Excel computer skills
