Intern (Flavour Creation & Product Development) - Your future position?

**Location**: Singapore, Woodlands

**Reporting to**: Regional Product Manager - Savoury & Snacks

Core Responsibilities
PIC Support
Support the team in extrusion activities such as - protein powder blending, flavor preparation, sample collection and packing, cleaning, evalution of HME, market products, flavor ordering and replenishment

Plant based Protein Application Support
Application prototypes - PrimeLock, plant based meat, seafood
Culinary prototypes - Chicken and Yeast based HME
Other support - Sensory evaluation
Cooking and heating bulk samples of PrimeLock prototypes and RTE/HME/TVP

Product Manager Support
Support the manager in technical capability presentations, which are relevant to protein capability
Building recipe cost calculations and innovation calendar rollouts

Plant based Market Products
Support the team with product marketing by gaining an understanding ingredient and flavours in our APAC launches.

Academic Background
Secondary/High School diploma or Polytechnic or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology

Professional Experience

Technical Skills
Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
Basic understanding of research documentation protocol
Basic knowledge of lab equipment and handling chemicals used to perform lab functions
Basic knowledge of safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines/requirements
