**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

The water purifier Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering customer feedback, creating product databases, and working closely with the sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Additionally, the Product Manager works closely with suppliers to improve product quality and ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be fully responsible for devising the strategy to generate revenue for the water purifier products.
- Responsible for the development of product positioning, enhancing the degree of product differentiation in the market by the method of analyzing consumer value proposition, product key selling point, user experience and consumers' benefit and information.
- Act as a single point of contact for Sterra water purifier Products and ensure that our team has aligned knowledge about the products & FAQs.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding product selling points.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
- Training the team on how to position our products differently in the market. Resulting in Sterra becoming the number 1 brand for water purifier in Singapore.
- Works with marketing and sales departments to ensure product success and market growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing related.
- At least 3 years of experience in a water purifier product specialist role, with experience in start-up environment preferred
- Previous water purifier sales experience is required.
- Proven ability to develop water purifier Sales strategies and implementation them to increase the revenue
- Possess strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making skills

**OTHER INFORMATION**:

- Location : One North.
- Might require to travel to warehouse/showroom/roadshows to meet and engage with our team
- Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. OT will be required from time to time depending on business needs.
