Factory Production Manager

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Identify project obstacles and participate in developing effective solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely communications and provide reports for all assigned projects.
- Participate in project meetings and provide support/reviews as necessary.
- Review and resolve production and operational Issues promptly.
- Oversee the reporting process and ensure accurate results for projects.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Implement and control safety and environmental activities within the factory.
- Develop, track, and update a realistic and achievable programme of works and delivery approach at the earliest stages of the projects.
- Manage and oversee the project team to ensure that they meet deliverables to the required standards on time, and without compromising project specifications.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with all project stakeholders.
- Responsible for tracking, recording, and managing the progress and quality of the products along with handover and closeout deliverables.
- Perform other project management duties as and when required.

**Qualifications:
At least 10 years of handon experience in precision engineering works in Singapore
