We are a fast-growing real estate private equity investment management company headquartered in Singapore with offices in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh. The Company is seeking a **Private Equity Research Intern**position to assist the Company in its investment activities in the **Japan market**.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across a wide spectrum of investment strategies.
- Help collect market data and prepare market research reports to understand prevailing market fundamentals and to identify market / sector that fits our investment approach.
- Assist in drafting periodic written updates and reports to clients and investors for existing assets under management.
- Create presentation decks or other materials for fundraising activities across different investment strategies.
- Assist in the accounting and financial management of project and holding companies.
- Other administrative responsibilities from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Working towards MBA, Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines; Prior working experience in the field of real estate investment preferred.
- Experienced in financial modelling for different investment structures.
- Possesses distinctive problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Self-starter, comfortable with working independently.
- Excellent team player with resilience and strong incentive to succeed in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
