**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing **Part-Time Infant Care Montessori Teacher**to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced infant educarers who believe in the Montessori philosophy and wish to work in a flexible, supportive environment. You will support infants’ holistic development through meaningful interactions and age-appropriate activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide safe, responsive, and respectful caregiving to infants
- Guide infants in sensory, motor, and early social development using Montessori-aligned practices
- Create a calm, orderly, and engaging environment for exploration and learning
- Support routines such as feeding, diapering, and naptime in accordance with ECDA regulations
- Observe and document each infant’s growth and learning journey
- Communicate with families regularly and respectfully
- Collaborate with fellow team members and centre leaders to maintain high standards of care

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants (aged 2-18 months)
- Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or Infant Care (ECDA-recognised)
- Familiarity with or training in the Montessori approach (Montessori Infant/Toddler certification is an advantage but not mandatory)
- Gentle, patient, and responsive in caregiving
- Able to work part-time hours (morning or afternoon shifts available; schedule to be discussed)
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
