Risk Underwriter

**Job Responsibility**:

- Decide credit limit requests consistently, within response time included in Risk Business Model by assessing buyer with all information available in the in the Allianz Trade Risk database and his/her own market knowledge
- Monitoring of the risk portfolio by requesting further information to Risk office, according to Information Quality Standards
- Be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of customers, steer it and provide a pro-active service level, according to policy holder classification by regularly meet customers and brokers by organizing telephone conferences
- Contribute to support Commercial Department in steering customers loss ratio and implement necessary actions to ensure or restore profitability of a portfolio

- Any other ad hoc task assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a financial institution or rating agency as a financial/credit analyst
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local economic and business environment
- Expertise in specific trade sectors
- Ability to interact with senior managers externally with a view to obtain information
- Ability to network and forge relationships quickly in a multicultural environment
- Self-starter / Able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written essential
