**Teaching Requirements**:

- Leading Pipa, Zhong Ruan and Guzheng lessons as well as teaching music theory.
- Leading group lessons
- Evaluation of students based on their individual learning progress.
- Preparing students for music examinations.
- Completing general administrative and operational tasks.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Pipa Performance or higher.
- Full time position
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), bilingualism is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and problem solving skills.

**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience in office work or customer service is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office is a must.
- Strong initiative, detail orientation and good time management.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities of Student Services**:

- Maintaining and updating our database and student records through our school management system.
- Reporting on growth and attrition rates.
- Monitoring daily schedules of teachers and students to ensure the smooth running of classes.
- Following up on sales and maintaining customer relations.

**Operations and Administration**
- Coordinate with the Manager in organising music events such as seminars and concerts.
- Coordinate with the Manager on various operational matters and promotional activities.
- Duties at reception and ensuring the smooth running of the centre.
- Managing the procurement of all materials and office supplies.
- Managing invoices and receipt of payments.
- Maintenance of the studio facilities.
- Studio decoration and related matters.
- Dealing with all examination related matters including registration, payments for examinations etc.
- Supporting the administration in various areas of business.
