- Bring deep expertise in areas across learning strategy, design and delivery, program management to drive world class learning programmes
- Work with a team of learning practitioners to plan and manage the delivery of learning programmes across the region
- Craft long term learning plans and frameworks for developing key business and functional competencies in the organisation
- Support local learning teams towards realising those plans and provide guidance as they execute their learning priorities
- Drive adoption and proficiency in our learning programme offerings within local teams
- Conduct research to identify next horizon skills and capabilities relevant to our industry and market
- Facilitate critical and impactful programmes for learners across business and leadership skills
- Select, engage and manage external partners in designing learning programs
- Partner with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to design the learner journey and determine our broad development and delivery approach
- Obtain feedback and insights from key stakeholders, measure the effectiveness of programmes and drive continuous improvement of program delivery and its impact

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in learning, consulting, training or enablement
- Track record of successful delivery of a wide range of learning programmes
- Prior experience working with senior and executive level stakeholders and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Ability to provide creative and strategic thought partnership on learning needs
- Strong organisational skills, project management expertise and experience with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with leaders at all levels
- Facilitation skills, with experience in content development and delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborative and able to influence others
- Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to and growing together with the team
- Confidence and adaptable in working with change
- Experience working in a large or complex organisation preferred
