**Data Centre Support**

Job Title: Data Centre Support

Work Location: Jurong East, Singapore

**About the Job**

To manage, monitor, and resolve issues concerning data centres and their facilities infrastructure.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain the asset register of equipment inside data centre.

2. Conduct on-site management of works such as site preparation, site survey and system maintenance of facilities infrastructure.

3. Monitor to ensure the good health of facilities infrastructure such as UPS, air-conditioning and fire detection/suppression system.

4. Oversee the preventive maintenance of facilities infrastructure.

5. Administer Security Management systems (such as CCTV and visitor management system).

6. Manage the physical access to data centres.

7. Manage the movement of equipment in and out of data centre.

8. Manage the incident response to data centre alarms.

9. Perform documentation and maintain operational procedures.

10. Participate in all internal and external audits.

11. Perform other tasks are designated by the Corporation.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.

2. At least 3 years of working experience at data centre support.

3. Knowledge on IT Matters.

4. Good communications skills.

5. Proficient in documenting processes.

6. Detail-oriented and meticulous.

7. Able to multitask with mínimal supervision.
