As Maintenance Technician (Static & Rotating), you’ll be responsible to facilitate equipment’s servicing & repair, PM program, equipment monitoring and coordinating activities associated to facility and equipment maintenance in order to maintain reliability, ensure maximum uptime, and minimize impact to production. Having standard of ISO, safety, environmental and government regulation awareness. You’re responsible and accountable for the EHS Program in Basic Safety Process, job safety analysis, safety work permit issuance, near miss reporting and adaptive preventive techniques for the maintenance department to achieve Safety KPIs.

As a Maintenance Technician (Static & Rotating), you will be responsible for:

- Being responsible for Preventive and Corrective repair and servicing maintenance for facility, equipment (machinery & fixed equipment) tasks. Utilities, Air dryers, Cooling towers, reactors, blenders, Mag pumps heat exchangers etc
- Coordinating and performing duties related to all maintenance such as servicing, repair of facilities equipment including machinery & Metals maintenance task and isolations
- Maintaining facility equipment in working condition, troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment to determine root cause of equipment failure, take remedial action and make reliability improvements.
- Managing contractors at site by issuing safety work permit, Maintain accurate documentation of master equipment and equipment history database.
- Reading and interpreting equipment OEM drawings/ datasheets for static and rotating equipment’s.
- Participating and involve Incident Investigation, Non-conformance, Corrective Actions and Reporting
- Being responsible for the maintenance facility and equipment inventory management

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have O level /Diploma/ITE/ O level in Mechanical/Machinery
- Have Minimum 10 years of practical experience in relevant field
- Have good working knowledge and hands on experience with rotating and static equipment
- Have good collaboration skills, ability to work in groups and supervise the team
- Have good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills,
- Have ability to work off-hours and weekends, as needed
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have SAP or Maximo, Basic Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
