Use various microscopic equipment and the naked eye, to ensure the component matches manufacturer specifications and no damage
- Assist in prepare testing samples (sample picking, take picture, and measure physical dimensions of part).
- Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments in a laboratory such as, but not limited to, XRF, X-RAY, Microscopy, Decapsulation, Solderability, Curve Tracing, and C-SAM.
- Assist in ordering of chemicals and laboratory supplies.
- Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions.
- Documents information by maintaining daily inspection log and equipment record.
- Monitor laboratory operation and test turnaround time.
- Communicate with appropriate individuals when discrepancies arise.
- Report any abnormal incidents to management team
