- Involved in the end-to-end process of conceptualising, developing and executing branding initiatives, events and campaigns for Product and Engineering teams
- Conduct market research and generate creative ideas to drive employer branding
- Monitor, track and optimise the effectiveness of digital campaigns and branding initiatives
- Collaborate and coordinate across multiple stakeholders, such as our regional teams
- Able to adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree and above in related disciplines with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with good command of English
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Meticulous and have a strong drive to deliver requirements
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Positive working attitude and an effective team player
- Passion in technology is a plus
