On behalf of our Client who is a multi-international company in the Pharmaceutical industry, we are sourcing for a **Technology** **Specialist **to support project and initiatives for internal and external events at regional level.

The Technology Specialist will play a **consultative role, knowledgeable with technical hands-on experience in AV (Audio-Video) design layout, setups and requirement for Events** such as Townhalls, CEO and Senior Management meetings, Video Conferences etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support key project work (i.e tracking, testing) to enable each project milestones and successful implementation and change management
- Operational support for local Townhalls for business stakeholders that may be broadcasted globally. Committee member for Tech events and initiatives for our region, working closely with members of the Tech in local, region, global teams
- To drive/partner and support key internal improvement programs and services KPI monitoring
- Provide insights on any improvement opportunities for the technology work that we will do from a region level
- Demonstrate the ability to manage relationships with Technology Heads from each GCI countries, business and commercial teams and global support teams
- To partner and ensure success of all country Technology Heads and their teams
- Maintain high level of customer service with business and commercial leads

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- at least 5 years of established experience in a **technology consultative**, with prior **hands-on technical support role in IT and AV setups** for large events
- **Strong stakeholder’s engagement and management skills** are important to work across all cross functional teams
- **Demonstrated planning ability and strong organizational and executional skills**, especially clear ownership of task at hand
- **Clear and influential communication skills** with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional team player
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, objective and solution oriented
- Demonstrated professional and ethical behaviour
