Digital Transformation Program Manager

Defines high-impact, long-term digital transformation architecture strategies at the global, regional and operational level. Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end digital tools, partnering with operation team and technical team. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across operation. Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities. Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data. Communicates strategic digital roadmap to the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **
- Independently identifies solutions to common and complex issues and drives complex projects or modules of large complex programs within the domains of operations, supply chain management and logistics.
- Acts as a peer leader on a cross functional project team.
- Owns decision-making within projects and contributes to digital solutions to managers.
- Acts as a resource to other business units for issues on digital transformation.

Education and Experience Required:

- **
- Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Mathematics / Statistics etc.) : Degrees in advanced analytics, data science are preferable

Knowledge and Skills:

- **
- Experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects / modules from design to implementation, with a capability to work independently
- Critical thinking, with outstanding analytical, stakeholder influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Understanding and experience on requirements understanding, definition, prototyping of products and platforms is required
- Experience with Agile product development methodology and tools is preferred
- Comfort with constructively challenging existing processes and working on improving processes and outcomes
- Preferred skills: Digital product management experience in building digital products and platforms or intelligent process automation solutions; Understanding of leading technologies in the field of supply chain analytics and transformation; Working experience on basic analytics tools and languages (QLIK, PowerBI, SQL etc.)
