HR Executive, Business Partner

Roles & Responsibilities
- Support and/ or execute the annual performance management cycle in collaboration with the HR Business Partner team, Group HRIS and Group Compensation and Benefits team.
- Act as the main HRIS administrator to process the annual compensation exercise.
- Support in the planning and execution of annual awards and recognition exercise for HQ.
- Deliver a full spectrum of HR services, in compliance with HR policies, audit requirements and legal obligations (e.g. Employment Act, CPF & IRAS regulations)
- Consult with Line Management and provide daily HR guidance to performance management related matter, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Monitor and report on manpower and succession planning.
- Analyse trends and metrics and seeks to provide HR solutions to the stakeholders.
- Work effectively to align and achieve synergies in carrying out processes such as performance appraisal exercise, mass salary review and bonus exercises, recognition awards nominations, developmental award nominations, budget exercises.
- Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and implement changes necessary to establish good HR practices.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor or Degree in Business or HR Management with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in deep participation on day to day HR processes and project/ events planning.
- Conversant and prior working experience in administering established HRIS systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Comfortable working on numbers, strong written ability to prepare proposal and write approval paper.
- Possess strong Excel skills.
- Good presentation skill to internal/external stakeholders.
