This is how we get motivated at work. The UX Specialist is a newly created position for our expansion of the business. It takes a couple of years for Mills to start our UX team not because we don't think it is our priority, but because we want to do everything right with a solid foundation. We started and grew as a generalist in design and creative business. Now it's about time to focus on expanding the streams of specialty. The UX Specialist in our company is responsible for the UX research and prototyping and is required to work closely with the UX Design Lead for strategizing the service portfolio and workflow. Of course, at the core, it is to do the UX right with all the best practices. The UX specialist is also required to hande some team adminstration as well. As a UX Specialist, you should equip with good knowledge in tech, sensitive for the digital landscape, knowing how to integrate tools into a solution. Your experience in digital design plays a significant part in this position. We also require you to have a good sense of aesthetics. You aren't afraid of presenting odd ideas and are good at making the unusual become unique. At Mills, we like to constantly try new things.
