- Design and deliver mental health awareness and social-emotional skills workshops.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate social-emotional learning into the curriculum.
- Implement early intervention programs to prevent escalation of issues.

**Collaboration and Networking**
- Attend regular meetings with the Student Development Team.
- Liaise with external professionals and agencies for student support.
- Participate in professional development and share best practices with peers.

**Student Support**
- Provide crisis intervention for students in acute challenges.
- Offer academic and career guidance.
- Support transition processes for new or departing students.

**Programme Evaluation**
- Assess the effectiveness of the counselling programme regularly.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance services.
- Prepare and submit reports on counselling activities and outcomes.

**Time Commitment**
- Deliver 40 hours of counselling services weekly (specific hours negotiable).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in counselling (or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of relevant student counselling experience in Singapore.
- Professional expertise and competencies in counselling.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards.
- Student-focused approach and emotional resilience.
- Proficiency in technology and digital tools.
- Commitment to self-care and emotional well-being.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
