Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the construction of core trading system, driving the iteration and upgrading of products and services;
2. Responsible for developing and optimizing the R&D system, managing the R&D process, technology selection, architecture design, and R&D implementation;
3. Responsible for optimizing the service performance of the whole link to maintain the availability, stability and high performance of the system;
4. Have a deep understanding of products, work closely with product and operation teams, organize and complete the company's business plan;
5. Responsible for the construction and management of the technical team, formulating the team work plan based on the business objectives, training engineers, and improving the quality and efficiency of the team work;
6. Lead the team to tackle technical problems and make technological innovations.

Job Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in computer or related, experienced in Internet products, trading system is preferred;
2. More than 10 years of work experience, participated in the development and construction of large-scale distributed projects, and led distributed projects from architecture design, core coding to project implementation;
3. Good logical thinking ability, communication and collaboration ability, familiar with business abstraction and data model design, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, passionate about solving challenging problems;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, strong communication and coordination ability and management experience, proactive, self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
